My preferred approach is to combine Supercup with Sensas Match Blend, in a 50/50 mix. A 2kg mix - which I typically use in a 5hr match - is mixed with 2pints of water. I will add more water if I want the mix to hit the deck quicker without breaking up, this should attract bonus fish into the swim.
